With our new optional LINEAR TRACK we are extending the range and possibilities of our robots. The Track is fully integrated as 7th axis in our ZM STUDIO Timeline feature and can be programmed together with the 6 robot axis.
The standard Track comes as a 2m module with all required parts to integrate your LOKI robot as an upgrade option and we also offer an extension module for a 4m Track.

LOKI ROBOT ARM
We use an industrial robot built to run 24/7 over many years. This compact arm has a reach diameter of 1.1m and can move cameras up to a total weight of 3kg at high speed and precision.
MOBILE BASE
The system comes fully assembled with the LOKI robot arm (mobile base shown separate here for clarity). The base sits on 4 heavy duty swivel castors with retractable wheels for a stable setup.
ROBOT CONTROL BOX
This is the brain of the system which plugs into a standard wall power outlet. Also included in this unit are optional digital I/O for external device triggering and connections for additional emergency switches. Our ZM STUDIO Software runs on this device.
CONTROL PANEL
With this 13,3” touch screen panel you can operate the ZM STUDIO software. This unit also has an emergency stop switch on top as a safety feature.
CONTROLLER PAD
Using this wireless controller pad you can control all movements of the robot including camera pan, tilt, roll and lens motor control – as well as often used features like adding new keyframes.
CAMERA MOUNT
This custom cheese plate and 50mm dovetail quick release base mounts to the LOKI robot arm. With that you can attach your camera rig.
LENS MOTOR
With motion control it’s important to have also full synchronized control over your lens at any time. We include 1 powerful 0.8Nm motor with a 0.8M gear and 3 gear rings for your non cine lenses. Additional motors can be purchased as accessories.
(Only Cine and manual Lenes are support, most focus-by-wire lenses are not supported due to their non-linear response to the focus ring movement.)
ZM STUDIO SOFTWARE
Our ZM STUDIO software gives you the most intuitive robot programming experience possible and is running on the Robot Control. There are no additional or hidden costs for the software, and you will receive future versions for LOKI by the integrated update feature.
