We are having some issues when moving the robot with the Xbox controller. The Bluetooth connection seems unstable and disconnects often which is why we are only controlling the arm via the software buttons inside ZM Studio. Is this a known issue? Any suggestions?
There is a known issue that connecting the XBox controller while ZM Studio is open does’t work every time. Closing ZM Studio and restaring it solved the problem for now.
We are working on a fix for that.
Once the Controller is active and connected the connection should be stable – as long the controller is on BT range.
We suggest to plugin the BT dongle on the back of the display. And please make sure you have “Trusted” the BT device after pairing.
