    Hey,

Do you have any indication of the price of your upcoming robot?

    Kind regards,
    Benjamin Hesselholdt

No good, no good. In the beginning Loki was clearly tagged (my memory might betray me here) at 22 or 25 thousand, and it was clear, and it was showing an open and straight attitude. Now it is murky and more like let-me-sniff-out-more-about-you-before-I-decide-how-much-I-want-to-charge-you. Kinda makes me feel at an Asian market rather than at a European company meeting room.

I’m sorry you dont’t feel good about our information strategy, but we have our business reasons to do it this way.
The only thing we require is a valid e-mail address and we send out all the detailed product information. This is not a mass market, and we have a clear and steady pricing strategy – this has nothing to do with us wanting to “sniff out” our potential customers!

    Follow up appreciated, thanks.
It’d be great to see more information here.
Being a head of a [tiniest] business myself, I fully understand you have neither people nor bandwidth to cover everything but please do find the way to give out more.
    Competition is gaining pace.
As a long term expat based in Asia I am (on one hand) a potential buyer of a small robot quite like LOKI, but (on the other hand) I need to see things clear, knowing I will not be buying a black cat in a closed sack, so to say.
There are Chinese companies breathing down your neck, I just had a talk with the owner of one of them some days ago. Left me with a very, very positive impression. Their software package is somewhat clumsy (they re-purpose industrial robots for filmmaking needs), but all in all they are making a very promising start, and are doing their best to tell as much as they can about their product. Domestically, at the current stage, this is why hardly anyone has heard about them outside Asia. But what I mean is: please do not keep silence. A handful of videos is definitely not enough.
    Regards,
    Mark

Again, many thanks for your feedback.
We are not scared about competition, in the end the customers will decide!

We are constantly working on improvements and new features, and we do value the input from our community and try to reflect that in our plans going forward.

We just have started our long journey! 😉
