    Good day everyone,
Are these robots powered by stepper motors, or by servos? If former, what size motors are those? If latter, also what size, plus – are they DC or AC servos?

Also, what sort of reducers are used? I guess I spotted a pretty ‘regular’ range planetary reducer in one of the pictures here on the website (might be powering the turntable, not the robot arm), but it never hurts to ask, does it.

Are there any belt transmissions inside the robotic arms?
    If yes, –
Are spare belts provided, or they are of generic easy-to-buy-everywhere type and size?

These robots do look quite interesting, but there is hardly enough information to make a decision.

We are working with Fruitcore Robotics for the arms. All the robots are using Sanyo Denki servo motors with high precision encoders.
The standard planetary gears you are referring are used for our Accessories like the TurnTable and ServoActuator.

There are belt transmissions used in the robots and spare parts are available from us together with the Fruitcore Robotics support.

Thanks for the reply. Please keep on telling more about every possible aspect you don’t consider secret.
We absolutely need to know more!

Well – there are no real secrets, but we don’t want to make it too easy for followers to copy it… 😉

These robots are build for 24/7 operation in industrial applications, and for the Camera Robot Use Case the wear & tear is minimal compared to their intended use. All high quality designed & made in Germany.
